2011年机电一体化与材料加工国际会议(ICMMP 2011)将于2011年11月18日—20日在中国广州召开。会议主题包括材料科学与技术、制造技术与加工工艺、机电一体化与自动化、工程教育与培训等。会议内容涵盖了机电一体化与材料加工领域的主要研究方向，会议旨在为全世界机电一体化与材料加工领域的专家、学者和专业技术人员提供一个交流最新研究成果的机会。热忱欢迎从事机电一体化与材料加工技术研究的专家、学者和专业技术人员踊跃投稿并参加大会。
本次会议经同行专家评审录用的论文将全部出版在国际期刊《Advanced Materials Research》上，在该刊物上发表的论文将全部被EI Compendex和ISTP收录。100多篇优秀的论文将推荐到下列SCI收录的国际期刊上发表：

征文要求

会议语言为英语，请务必用英语撰写论文。所投论文应在国内外未曾公开发表过，在理论或应用方面有创见。论文须严格按《Advanced Materials Research》的要求撰写（格式模板文件见会议网址：https://www.icmmp.org）。投稿时请同时提交论文的MS Word版本及PDF版本。

论文全文提交方式：通过E-mail以邮件附件的形式将你的论文全文以及填写完毕的论文登记表提交给组委会（icmmpx@gmail.com）。本会议无需提前投摘要。

论文全文提交截止日期：          2011年5月10日截稿日期延期至2011年5月25日
论文录用通知日期：                2011年6月10日
修改论文提交与注册截止日期：2011年7月1日

会议注册

每篇录用论文必须注册方可发表。注册费为2600元人民币/篇或400美元/篇。如论文超过4页，每超1页需另加300元人民币或50美元。每篇录用论文至少一名作者注册，方可发表。以第一作者身份投多篇论文，从第二篇起论文注册费降为2300元。如果论文被推荐到SCI收录期刊上发表，则需要交纳额外的出版费。

2011 International Conference on Mechatronics and Materials Processing (ICMMP2011)will be held during November 18-20, 2011, inGuangzhou,China.ICMMP2011 aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers, engineers and scientists to present the new advances and research results in the fields of Mechatronics and Materials Processing. All accepted papers will be published in international journal "Advanced Materials Research" [ISSN:1022-6680, Trans Tech Publications] and will be indexed in the major academic databases, includingEI Compendex, Thomson ISI (ISTP),and other indexing services(See TTP's Conference List). Paper Submission

All papers must be written in English. Please prepare your paper in strict accordance with the format available at the conference website (https://www.icmmp.org). And submit your papers and the filed Paper Submission Form by email attachment to the ICMMP2011 Conference organizer (icmmpx@gmail.com)by the given deadline. All papers should beno less than 4 pagesin length and shorter papers should not be included in the journal. Document file in PDF and MS Word format are both required when submitting your papers.

Registration

The registration fee is 400 U.S. Dollars or 2600 RMB for each paper (over 4 pages extra-charge 50 U.S. Dollars or 300 RMB per page needs to be paid). Only one paper can be included into the journal by paying one registration fee; you can pay Extra Paper Charges (2300 RMB or 350 U.S. Dollars) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration. Extra-charge for Papers, which will be published in SCI-indexed journals, needs to be paid.

近来，有越来越多的非学术组织以各种名义举办大量的各类国际会议，已严重危害到国内的学术环境，中国的国际学术会议最终将被他们搞烂搞臭。这类组织和会议的主要特征表现为：
1。这类非学术组织一般无法在国内正常注册，通常都是以某种方式在中国香港注册（在香港根本就没有办公场地），或者根本就没有注册，实际上是一些三无公司(无固定办公地点、无固定办公人员，无政府备案)。如：

（1）香港信息技术与工业工程研究中心(ITIE)（ The Hong Kong Information Technology and Industrial Engineering Research Center）就是由武汉工业职业技术学院的几个人搞的一个所谓的研究中心；

（2）国际科教研究者协会（ISER）（International Science& Education Researcher Association) 就是由黄河水利职业技术学院的几个人搞的一个所谓的协会；

（3）国际智能信息技术应用研究学会(IITA)（Intelligent Information Technology Application Research Association）就是武汉科技大学中南分校（民办高校）罗奇等人办的一个专门搞会议的所谓协会；

（4）香港工业技术研究中心(HKITRC)（Hong Kong Industrial Technology Research Center）就是几个无固定职业的人搞的一个所谓的研究中心。所谓HKITRC 负责人Dr. Mark Fong实际上是他们几个人花钱请的一个临时代理人。

2。这类组织举办国际会议的目的就是挣钱。对收到的论文没有任何审稿程序，快的稿件投出当天即被录用，有的则说明２－３周就给录用通知（实际上没有审稿），只要是论文就发表，论文集的质量十分低下，已严重影响到中国的学术声誉。

3。这类组织通常不希望作者参加会议，对于参会者的接待服务质量极差，目的是减少会议开支。有的还承诺给予不参加会议者一定的注册费优惠，实际上是鼓励作者不要参加会议。他们并不知道学术会议的宗旨应主要是参会者的相互交流。

4。这类国际会议的举办者通常会在不经有关学校、科研机构和专家同意的情况下，将这些单位和专家列入主办或合办单位和学术委员会成员，以骗取作者的信任。而且，在教育部主管的“中国学术会议在线”https://www.meeting.edu.cn/，却几乎查不到任何上述研究中心或协会所办的相关会议信息。最近询问一些会议的主办单位，没有一所学校承认是其会议的主办单位。更为严重的是上述研究中心或协会所办的相关会议没有政府批文（按规定，在国内主办国际会议，需要经政府批准），实际上是非法的会议。一旦出现问题，作为弱势群体的作者将找不到任何承担责任的组织或个人。

5。这类国际会议的举办者在会议网站或征文通告中给出的联系方式通常只是EMAIL或手机电话，作者无法得知会议组织者是什么人、在什么地方，不排除有不法分子借举办会议之名骗取钱财。

作为广大的作者，特别是研究生们，看到这么多的国际会议不知如何选择。实际上除了大家共同关心的一些问题外，主要看会议的发起者和主办单位，最好是传统的国际学会、国家一级学会或高校发起和主办的国际会议。当然对上述主要由国内高职和三本院校发起和主办的国际会议，就不要考虑了，否则，出了论文不但不能提高学术影响，反而会损坏作者的学术声誉。最近，ITIE、ISER、IITA、HKITRC开始寻找一些高校合作主办国际会议，如：

由香港信息技术与工业工程研究中心（ITIE）和陕西科技大学联合主办的“2011机电一体化系统与自动化系统国际会议”；

由香港信息技术与工业工程研究中心（ITIE）主办，哈尔滨工业大学协办的“2011年绿色建材与节能建筑国际学术会议(GBMEC 2011)”；

由香港工业技术研究中心（HKITRC）和广东工业大学联合主办的“2011年先进设计与制造工程国际会议(ADME 2011)”；

由国际智能信息技术应用研究学会(IITA)假借澳门科技大学名义主办的“2011年经济，教育与管理国际学术会议”。等等。

请大家共同努力，净化中国的学术环境，将非学术组织排除在学术活动之外，使中国的国际学术会议得到健康发展。
