【求助】大家帮忙看一下这样的官方邀请信可以吗（公派访问学者） 已有2人参与

我是某省的公派留学访问学者，现在请外方老板给我发来了正式邀请信，大家能否帮忙看看这样的邀请信是否可以？特别是我的DS2019表问卷单的时间是2011年5月开始，而这个邀请信中写的是从2011年4月份开始，不知道这样在签证时候是否会有问题？另外，这封邀请信是PDF扫描后通过电子邮件邮寄的，是否打印出来的在签证时候能允许？非常感谢大家的回复。 Dear ***, This letter confirms your academic appointment as a Visiting Scholar in the Department of *** at ***University beginning April 15, 2011.
