去年8月份投了一个影响因子1.7的杂志，结果一直没有消息，写信问了，回复如下：

with no luck to obtain the second review. I will continue to try, and I will
let you know as son as I am sucessfull.
这是不是借口呢，我该怎么办，是改投呢，还是等待？
