以下是我投稿修改意见中需要重新表述的部分，由于本人水平有限，现跪请大侠帮忙修改，谢谢！括号中是问题或者是我要表达的意思，供参考。

“25±1ı ” should be “25±1℃”
“121ı ” should be “121℃”.

The meaning of “In the present study, there seemed to be correlation between the accumulation of proline and lipid peroxidation as indicated by the MDA content” is not clear. Please rephrase it. (本研究中脯氨酸的积累与脂质过氧化之间存在一定的相关，脂质过氧化程度以测定MDA含量来表示)

“resulting in the increase of the proline content and subsequent the proline accumulation.” should be rephrased. （激活脯氨酸合成酶，
藻细胞内重要的渗透调节物质脯氨酸含量增大并积累。
