第二届“X射线晶体学上海讲习班” 第一轮通知 组织者： - Zeitschrift für Kristallographie - New Crystal Structures - Oldenbourg Wissenschaftsverlag GmbH - 德国马普学会德累斯顿固体化学物理研究所 - 中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所 - 中科院上海硅酸盐所马普伙伴小组 参加组织者： - 国际晶体学会 - Institute of Physics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republi - 中国晶体学会 - 上海硅酸盐学会宝玉石专业委员会 - 上海物理学会X射线与同步辐射专业委员会 讲习班目的: 此次讲习班的目的是对以下几个专题进行细节性指导： 1. 优化单晶和粉末衍射数据收集, 2. 衍射数据处理， 3. 用JANA2006程序进行晶体结构解析和精修, 4. 用WinCSD程序进行晶体结构解析和精修. 主要题目和讲解者: 1． X射线衍射数据收集和处理 (Horst Borrmann博士, 德国马普德累斯顿固体化学物理所资深科学家) 2． 晶体学数据处理，CIF文件 (Yuri Grin 教授, 德国马普德累斯顿固体化学物理所所长，Z.Krist.-NCS主编) 3． 晶体计算程序包JANA2006（Part 1） (Vaclav Petricek教授，捷克共和国科学院物理研究所，JANA2006程序包作者) 4． 晶体计算程序包JANA2006（Part 2） (Karla Fejfarova博士, 捷克共和国科学院物理研究所) 5． WinCSD-晶体结构解析程序包（Part 1） (Yuri Grin 教授, 德国马普德累斯顿固体化学物理所, WinCSD程序包作者) 6． WinCSD-晶体结构解析程序包（Part 2） (Lev G. Akselrud 博士，德国马普德累斯顿固体化学物理所高级访问学者，WinCSD程序包作者) 7． 电子出版发表数据准备 (Yuri Grin 教授, 德国马普德累斯顿固体化学物理所所长，Z.Krist.-NCS主编) 讲习班参加条件: 讲习班将接受40名中国和东南亚区域的参加者，免注册费但需要食宿自理，如果参加者需要，组织者将帮助参加者预定车及飞机票和旅馆（请提前告知，谢谢！）。 讲习班参加者要求具有一定的X射线衍射数据收集以及晶体结构解析的基础知识。 讲习班参加者要求自带电脑以便于练习。 有兴趣的人员需要通过email和组委会的联系人联系报名，只有前40名报名者被接受参加。 报名参加者需要说明所使用衍射仪的型号以及结构解析软件名称。 讲习班时间表: 3月28日，星期一，主题 1 （Horst Borrmann博士）和主题2（part 1），（Yu. Grin 教授），围绕主题1 和 2 学员提供的实例讨论 3月29日，星期二，主题 3，（V. Petricek 和 K. Fejfarova博士），围绕主题3 学员提供的实例讨论 3月30日，星期三，主题 4 ，（Yu. Grin 教授和 L. G. Akselrud博士），围绕主题4 学员提供的实例讨论 3月31日，星期四，主题2 （part 2）（Yu. Optimal data collection by single crystal and powder diffraction 2. Handling of the crystallographic data 3. Crystal structure determination and refinement by JANA2006 software 4. Preparing of Electronic Publications （Prof. Dr. Yuri Grin, Director of the Max-Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids, Dresden，Germany; Editor-in-chief of Zeitschrift für Kristallographic – New Crystal Structures） Conditions for participants: The workshop anticipated to accept 40 participants from China and the Southeast Asia region. It is free of charge but the participants should arrange their own traveling and accommodation. The organizers will help the participants for booking traveling tickets and accommodations upon request. The participants should have basic training for X-ray diffraction data collection and basic knowledge of crystal structure refinement. The participants are asked to bring their own laptop computer for practice. The persons who are interested in participating in the workshop should contact with the contact persons of the organizing committee listed below through email. Only the first 40 applicants will be accepted. Time schedule: March 28, Monday: topic 1 by Dr. H. Borrmann, topic 2 (part 1) by Prof. Yu. Grin, discussion of examples of the participants for topics 1 and 2. March 29, Tuesday: topic 3 by Dr. V. Petricek and Dr. K. Fejfarova, discussion of examples of the participants for topic 3. March 30, Wednesday: topic 4 by Prof. Yu. Grin and Dr. L. G. Akselrud, discussions of examples of the participants for topic 4. March 31, Thursday: topic 2 (part 2) by Prof. Yu. Grin, discussions of examples of the participants for all topics. Workshop location: Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences Special issue of Zeitschrift für Kristallographie: The “Zeitschrift für Kristallographie” is planning to organize a special issue dedicated to the fulfillment of crystallography and crystal chemistry in China and Southeast Asia. The example crystal structures solved by the participants during the workshop are under priority consideration. The guest editors of this special issue are Professor Jing-Hua Lin, the president of the Chinese Crystallographic Society from Beijing University, and Professor Jing-Tai Zhao from the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
