[交流] 【招聘】PhD education at South Dakota State University 已有8人参与

Prof. Cheng Zhang, a newly hired faculty member at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, welcomes PhD program applicants who have or will have a chemistry BS or MS degree and are interested in organic/polymeric materials research in the following areas: 1. Polymer photovoltaic materials and devices, 2. Organic and polymeric second-order nonlinear optic materials, and 3. DNA-base functionalized self-assembling materials, 4. Photoluminescent materials, and 5. Nature-inspired adhesive polymers.

Once admitted, the department will guarantee four years of support in the form of teaching assistantship. Those who perform well academically and have shown great potential in research will be supported by graduate research assistantship as early as the second year in the PhD program.

GRE score is not required. For consideration for admission in the Fall 2011, application should be filed online by March at www.sdstate.edu/chem/grad/index.cfm Interested students should send resume to czhang@nsu.edu.
