【分享】BoltzTraP 1.20 available from ICAMS webpage 已有4人参与

最近发现，使用BoltzTraP模拟热电材料的大有人在，而且有不少人在做VASP 和其他第一性原理软件的接口。很高兴地发现源程序作者Dr. Georg Madsen对 此程序也作出了一些更新，主要是“Generic band structure reader”，比如增加了 对AB-INIT 和SIESTA能带计算结果的接口。 各位不妨参考如下链接并进行下载更新： http://www.icams.de/content/departments/ams/madsen/boltztrap.html 使用这个软件，重复作者在“Madsen, G. K. H.*; Singh, D. J. Comput. Phys. Commun. 2006 175, 67 ” 中的作图结果没有任何问题。不过有一个小小的问 题向高手请教一二。 简单执行x_trans BoltzTraP 之后，出来的是XX的结果，如何得到ZZ的结果，我 估计是在 latgen2.f 中，对余弦作出一些调整以期得到不同方向的结果。谢谢！ |
