投稿optics communication 3个月了，2个月的时候催稿了一次，最近又催了一次。。。。状态还是underview。。。。。。当时给回信的时候是这样说的“If this is a new submission of your manuscript, we will be sending your manuscript out for refereeing to two referees. We hope the process will be completed within 60 days from the date of this notice.
”可到现在还没有信，，，，，，我该怎么办？
