Among 19 lesions(18 patients), TIMI 2 or 3 flow was achieved in 100% of lesions limited to the middle cerebral artery (MCA) (9 patients) or within the vertebrobasilar system (3 patients).However, for lesions that included internal carotid artery(ICA) occlusion, TIMI 2 or 3 flow was achieved in only 3 of 7 patients.
