我看就是拒了，可说的一堆是神马意思呀
文章又被拒了，不同的是这次的审稿意见好长，不像以前嗖的就被拒掉了，但是结果也是一样，对毕业越来越害怕了，这是稿件的信息，忘各位高手给指教一下，具体是什么意思，不是被拒了嘛，还重投ma ?
Based on the comments of the reviewers I regret that the decision is not to accept your manuscript for publication in Photochemical & Photobiological Sciences.
Considering the importance of the topic identified by the referees and the interest to our readers, we will consider a new submission of the paper once you are able to address the major concerns. If you do submit a new manuscript, a cover letter should be included which cites the original manuscript number and which carefully and systematically lays out point-by-point each of the reviewers’ comments, how they have been dealt with, and the nature and location of the new material incorporated in the manuscript. The new manuscripts will be subject to the usual review process.
If you decide to re-submit your manuscript, go to your Author Centre. Click on "Manuscripts with Decisions," and then click on "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then, follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript.
编辑的意思是用原来的文章编号，不像有人说的是重投是新稿件之类的吧
还有几天假期，过不好了，郁闷
