Switch-on time of valve CLEANING AIR +KA-Y5 in the FEEDBACK phase (brief purging of
pipelines with air) and in the SHORT CLEANING PIPES phase (brief cleaning of the pipelines
with air and water). The air forces the flavour or casing out of the pipes back into the
tank.

Activation period of CLEANING WATER +KA-Y6 valve and metering pump in the SHORT
CLEANING PIPES phase (brief cleaning of the flavour or casing pipes with air and water).
This time starts after air-cleaning has been completed (parameter Cleaning pipes - feedback
additive to tank). The water flushes the remaining flavour or casing out of the lines
into the drain.

Step 1 of full pipe cleaning; this time starts with the start of full cleaning of the pipes

During this period, the valves in the pipe are switched in the direction of the cylinder and
valve CLEANING AIR +KA-Y5 is open. The air forces the remaining water out of the spray
nozzles and the upstream pipes into the cylinder.
After this time the thorough pipe cleaning cycle is completed. On completion, cylinder
cleaning should be started (optional).
