[交流] Cover letter没有写好，被编辑再次拒掉。已有22人参与

Dear Dr.***,

We have received your email and reexamined your submission.  APL now receives
over 1000 submissions/month and in order to control this explosive growth the
editors must make difficult decisions.

IN the case of your submission the editors felt that while it was very good and useful
work, it did not contain sufficient new applied physics to merit rapid publication.
Hence the letter was returned to you so that you could seek alternative publication
where the editors were certain that it would be well received.

We hope you understand our decision.
