以前投过，最近又投了一篇，过了6天才分配稿号，收到Journal manager 这样的email： Your submission entitled "XXX" has been received by the Journal of Alloys and Compounds. Due to the volume of incoming manuscripts, the journal is afraid it cannot send your paper for review at this time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to resolve this matter quickly and appreciate your understanding. 没有明确的意思，看第二段第一句话像是直接拒了，后面又是什么意思呢？最近投的有没有收到类似email的？ |
