| Because of the overwhelming amount of papers offered for review to xxx we have become more strict as to the contents, general interest and potential reader size of the manuscripts. In this light I am sorry to have to inform you that your paper will not be send of for review. This does not say anything about the scientific value of the manuscript but merely reflects the current large number of papers offered and the accompanying long times the review process is taking. |
