The point is you wouldn't get what you expect even though you are willing to pay a handsome amount on it. Here are the scenarios:
1. you roughly write a paper and give it to them, and you want the paper back with much improvement on both grammer and sentence structure, not mention the style.
Ans: you wouldn't get it.
2. you write a paper carefully and then you don't need to give it to them at all, right.
