| 将粒径200nm的α-Al2O3用聚丙烯酸铵水溶液分散后，加入连结剂和塑化剂，水系流延制得膜片，经烧结后，用抛光膏抛光，制得平整光滑的氧化铝陶瓷基片。利用非水解溶胶-凝胶法[1]在氧化铝陶瓷基片上制备ZrO2薄膜，800℃2h煅烧后，ZrO2纳米晶经XRD测定为四方相。 |

| Adding coupling agent and plasticizer after disperse α-Al2O3 which particle size around 200nm by using polyacrylate ammonium aqueous solution,the membrane was fabricated via aqueous tape casting process,then calcinated, polished by polishing paste to get smooth and flattening Al2O3 ceramic substrate.The ZrO2 thin film was preparated on Al2O3 ceramic substrate by the non-hydrolytic sol-gel method.XRD result indicated that the nanobelt of ZrO2 was tetragonal after calcinating in 800℃ for 2h. |
