请注意：
1.其中一封必须是现导师来写，其他要找对自己熟悉的人，如果是你所在系的主任或院长或单位领导，更好！说话语气要像老师，对你比较或非常了解，而且热诚推荐；切记：即使这信是你自己的写的，不要夸大事实！！一旦漏出破绽，难免被动甚至失败；

2.不要罗列形容词“diligent,honest,capable”，要以数据或事例说明你的能力或成就，取得了怎样的效果或反响如何，增加推荐的可信度；

3.篇幅不宜过长，一页或一页半为佳；

4.最好中英文手写签名，并留下联系方式如E-mail；

5.开头与结尾呼应，强调推荐的力度；

6.内容不要面面俱到，可突出几个方面（毕竟至少需要2-3封推荐信，可各有侧重；如一封信突出你的学习成绩与研究水平、成果，另一封突出你的性格、品质，等等）。

7.跟推荐人协商谁来发信（一般是申请者自己发，要说明经推荐人允准！但按国外做法，推荐信不能被申请者看到而由推荐人发出）；可以E-mail、传真或将scans 以e-mail发过去。
