刚整理好的心电图鉴别诊断速览，对于每种异常的心电图表现，列出各种常见的原因，比如Low-Voltage QRS Complexes的原因就列出了10条！ 1. Artifact: unrecognized standardization of ECG at one-half usual gain (i.e., 1 mV = 5 mm) 2. Normal variant (also seen In pregnancy and obesity) 3. Pericardial tamponade (usually with sinus tachycardia) 4. Pleural effusions 5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 6. Extensive myocardial Infarction 7. Myxedema (usually with sinus bradycardia--"low and slow"  8. CardiacInfiltration or replacement (especially cardiac amyloid) 9.
