I guess you will  miss your family members so will them. Spring Festival day is the most important traditional festival in our country. So it is a pity for you not getting an train ticket to your hometown. There is still a long time before spring festival day, why don't you have a try to get a ticket from other channels. You can first get to  another city for a change and then to your city of hometown. Finally you can get reunion with your family,Though it is a little troublesome. This is just my suggestion  for your reference.
If you've made a decision to stay at school, you'll spend a different holiday. Take care of  yourself and best wishes to you! Happy holiday!

What I've said above seems not to be consistent with what you've asked.
I will go home in several days and will spend my holiday at home absolutely. Because my school is near to my home, I usually get home by bus. As for my plan in winter holiday, I will analyze the experiment data and write paper for graduation. If I am diligent enough, I will learn knowledges related my future work. But most of time, I will enjoy myself, after all, this is the last holiday during my college life.
However, I have not put this into practice though my holiday have began one week ago.

I  am sorry to hear that, but sometimes I also tell others that I  want a holiday outside.I  am 24 this year.However ,actually ,I never have a whole year outside .I always think I am childish.To be an adlut , I want go away . GOD BLESS YOU! You are grown up yourself!
