2.2 受体结合研究
人体CB1受体转染的HEK293细胞和CB2受体转染的CHO-K1细胞的细胞膜被用于受体结合研究。通过在增加吡唑类似物浓度条件下CB1和CB2对[ H]-CP 55,940的置换研究确定了配合物20–24, 27, 36, 37和39的亲和力（见表一）。我们（使用）的类似物的受体亲和力表现为对受体CB1和CB2独特的亲和性。
