new year is coming,my department held a dinner party in "haidilao",which is a place where you can put all kinds of vegetables and meats into the hotpot seasoning(火锅底料),then dip the boiling vegetables and meats in the oil bowl,so tasty.
    in china,this way of eating originates in chongqing,which is a beautiful mountinous city.maybe this way itself stands for a kind of passion,so it becomes  a traditional  delicacies,which is well received  all over the word.
    now,hot pot has become a traditional,especially in chongqing,sichuan,xi'an,.if you go there to have a travel,do remember to have a taste.

It is very comfortable to eat "hotpot" especially in winter. In fact, I am not good at eating spicy food.
