2.3 ZrO2纳米晶涂层修饰的陶瓷膜制备
用非水解溶胶-凝胶法[1]对α-Al2O3制备的陶瓷微滤膜进行ZrO2纳米涂层修饰改性。采用气泡法对改性后的陶瓷微滤膜的孔径分布进行表征,平均孔径为0.32μm(陶瓷膜的尺寸为Ф30 mm×1.2mm,用10μmα-Al2O3制备支撑体,用1.5μm α-Al2O3制备约20μm厚的顶膜,ZrO2纳米修饰涂层经800℃煅烧2h,ZrO2纳米晶为四方相。)。


MgCl2浓度为10-3mol/L时,在不同的pH值下作用力随作用距离的变化关系如图2所示。
在pH6.05至9.07之间,主要由于双电层的排斥作用而表现出长程排斥力。在作用距离小于20nm以后,不同pH值下的排斥力都呈明显增大趋势。当MgCl2浓度相同, pH值在6.05至9.07之间时,其理论双电层厚度大致相同。在8nn~20nm范围内,在等浓度的MgCl2下,其排斥力增大所对应的pH值趋势是:pH6.05>pH8.02>pH9.07。在同一作用距离时,排斥作用力的大小还可能与表面基团的水化程度及缺陷等表面状态有关。

Use the hydrolysis of sol-gel method [1] with alpha Al2O3 preparation of ceramic microfiltration membrane on ZrO2 nano coating modification modification. Using bubble method of modified ceramic microfiltration membrane pore size distribution, the average aperture for characterizing 0.32 muon m (of ceramic membrane size for Ф 30 mm x 1.2 mm, with 10 mu m alpha Al2O3 preparation support body, with 1.5 muon m alpha Al2O3 preparation about 20 mu m thick ZrO2 membrane, nano modified top coating ℃ calcination 2h by 800, ZrO2 nanocrystalline for tetragonal phase). .


MgCl2 concentration for 10-3mol/L, in different pH force with action distance under the changing relations between as figure2shows.
In pH6.05 to 9.07 between, mainly due to the electric double layer exclusion function and show long-range the repelling force. In less than 20nm after action distance, different pH value of the repelling force is obviously increased. When
