一个国外会议给我发了这样的邮件 Dear ****, the 2011 IEEE International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation and CNC‐ USNC/URSI Radio Science meeting will be held jointly on July 3‐8, 2011, at the Spokane Convention Center and the Davenport Hotel in Spokane, Washington, USA (Web site: www.apsursi2010.org). The symposium and meeting are co‐sponsored by the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP‐S), the U.S. National Committee of the International Union of Radio Science (USNC/URSI) Commissions A, B, C, D, E, F, H and K and all Canadian National Commissions of the International Union of Radio Science (CNC/URSI). On behalf of the Technical Program Committee, we would like to invite you to present a paper in the URSI Special Session titled “Compressive Sensing as applied to Electromagnetics” we are organizing. The Special Session is intended to introduce to the electromagnetic community highlights of compressive sampling, future theoretical extensions, and algorithmic developments as well as its impact on many engineering applications related to electromagnetics. More details about the objectives of this special session can be found in the abstract below. We hope you will plan to attend the conference and contribute to the Special Session with your so qualified contribution. It would really help us to facilitate the session planning (only 10 invited talks are admitted) if you could inform us of your decision about participation and your tentative title via e‐mail as soon as possible. According to the Symposium guidelines, all paper and abstract submissions must be received in PDF format via the symposium website by mentioning the title of the Special Session before January 14, 2011. Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be accepted. Please 2011 consult the symposium website at www.apsursi2010.org for the latest instructions, templates, and format examples. The authors should also send a copy of the submitted paper to the Session Organizers (at the following e‐mail addresses: lcarin@ece.duke.edu, andrea.massa@ing.unitn.it, giacomo.oliveri@disi.unitn.it) in order to facilitate the coordination with the TPC and to allow the identification of the paper as being invited. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely yours, Andrea Massa, Lawrence Carin, and Giacomo Oliveri P.S.: Enclosed please find the official invitation letter and the "Call for Paper" of the IEEE-APS/URSI 2011 conference. |
