【原创】daily composition_N0.28: sesame and honey! 已有2人参与

Nowadays, more and more people, especially for old people and young girls, eat honey instead of sugar. Why? Because the honey is claimed with many effect people's health. For example, It's said that the honey can lengthen people's life span, beautify one's face and skin, improve digest, increase immunity, disinfect and so on. In fact, I don't know these effects are fact or fiction, but I have also eaten honey instead of sugar already. However, how do you eat honey? I don't like eat them directly and I usually eat them with milk and sesame. Though the new food hygiene question under the knowledge economy of milk is terrible, I still insist drinking milk every morning because it's just custom of my life. Furthermore, the sesame is added into my milk as well because of the effect of blacking hair of sesame. Though I have insisted a long time, it seems to take little effect on myself. However, I eat and drink them everyday for custom instead of pursuing the so-called effect. My friend, what do you think about honey,milk and sesame?  |
