Paprika-infused Rotisserie Stray Dog

1 stray dog (15KG  average)
0.5 cups pepper
40 cloves garlic, peeled
2 cups butter, melted
2 cups Hungarian paprika
0.5 cups salt
2 cups lemon juice

Sprinkle the inside of a stray dog with half cup of pepper. Peel the cloves of garlic. Place whole garlic cloves inside stray dog and truss with skewers, tying legs together with cotton kitchen string. Fold hind legs under.

Melt butter and stir in fresh lemon juice, paprika and 2 teaspoons salt. Brush stray dog with butter mixture.

Place stray dog on rotisserie with a pan positioned underneath to catch the drippings. Turn on rotisserie and roast stray dog, basting often with butter mixture. Cook for 5 hours or until skin is glazed and crispy and juices run clear.
