Wow, you are so nice as you have a kind heart. I think it is necessary to solve this problem. First of all, we have to find where they are from. In fact, I think in order to let them live well, it is very necessary to contronl their population. China has a large population, so there are many problems with a large amount of people. Secondly, we could call on more people to adopt them. But before that, we should be sure the dogs and cats are healthy. So we have to make sure they don't carrry any viruses before adopting them. Thirdly, for the sick or virus-attacken dogs or cats, we could let them die peacefully.

i feed two cats, one is very smart and cute, she like and depende on people; but another is as small as rabbit, she is scared from people.
everyday, when i feed them and make sure they are fine, i am very happy. This is life which should live, isn't it ?
