Hu Bei GuangJi pharmaceutical co.,ltd is the largest production base of vitamine B2 in the world,the high sulphate organic wastewater produced by this company has a high content of COD and bad biodegradability, waste water discharge come to 2500t/d.The company uses multi-effect waste heat evaporation and spray pressure technique to treat wastewater at the moment,it’ll separate the moisture and protein in the wastewater so as to get the higher concentration of protein(about 45%), inorganic salt and cooling water(COD content under 1500mg/L),the glair feed with content over 35% will be got by pulp flowthrough the press-spraying dryness system,the cooling water and low concentration water join together and both of them flowthrough the desulfate+ air supporting+UASB+CASS processing system, output water’s COD below 100mg/L. This tecnique has a good effect in treating wastewater except for its high cost,we invested 26 million RMB to build a wastewater-treating factory and another 40 million RMB to put up the device of multi-effect evaporation,the running cost will come to more than 6 million RMB per year. Moreover,this approach needs large energy consumption,the long time for biodegradation and the big floor area,the area of wastewater-treating factory is 7700 square meter.The content of protein feed is high so that it can’t meet the need of market. |
