【原创】I have recieved my notice.

I am extremely happy these days because I received the notice from my university on July 10th. It asks us to register on September 5th and we still have to deal with some trifles in these two months. I am a little excited when I heard that a mail carrier called my name to hand over the certified letter and sign on the receipt. I had waited for this notice or the day for a long time since I decided to apply for this university. I think it was about one year. I made a decision to apply for this university last July. Since then, I have done all my best to work hard everyday. I can never forget the day when Mom brought me winter clothes in a cold dark winter morning because of the sudden drop of temperature. We talked no more than 5 minutes because Mom was afraid of interrupting me too much. I felt so moved and even cried when Mom left because it was really dark that day in our city. I can never forget that how many friends helped me and encouraged me during that period, especially my BF. I can never forget that I was the earliest to get up nearly each morning, no matter the weather was hot or cold. I can never forget that I had to find a desk on our platform and to study there for nearly three months in order to avoid of quarrelling with other students because of the seats in that classroom were too crowd to get one.......There are still a lot of unforgettable memories, and they are the treasures in my life. All my efforts paid off at last. I think I learnt a lot from this special experience, at least it taught me that perseverance is necessary for our success in life. Now I am enjoying my happy moment with my family and my friends, and Mom told me that she was too happy to express her feelings in words.  |
