[交流] 再次求助投稿于current science杂志的相关事宜

我看该杂志给出的投稿说明，我有几处不明了，望有投稿于这个杂志的同学协助一下，谢谢！
1、Three copies of manuscripts of all categories are to be submitted with a letter of transmittal, giving (i) names and complete addresses (including telephone numbers,
e-mail i.d. etc. if available) of all the authors and (ii) title of the contribution and the category in which it is submitted.
疑问：不明白这三份稿件格式，是否作者信息单独一页，还是像论文一下嵌在要投的论文中。还有title of the contribution不知何意？

2、Acknowledgements should be as brief as possible. Footnotes are not normally allowed except to identify the author for correspondence.
疑问：the author of correspondence 是否可以在作者信息中给出？

Cover photographs. Good colour photographs that pertain to a submitted paper will be considered for use on the cover. Good prints and a legend should be submitted with the manuscript. A transparency or slide may be required for printing if accepted.
疑问：封面照片不知道是什么？

PROOFS, PUBLICATION and ‘REPRINT ORDERS’
Two sets of galley proofs are sent to the corresponding author. A reprint
order form accompanies the proofs.
疑问：没有明白什么意思？
