| The wastewater with high salinity was one of the extraordinary hard-treated water. Biological treatment technology was used to treat wastewater due to its lower cost and high efficiency.however,if the salinity was too high,this technic would destroy the cell membrane in microbes and ferment in mycobiont,it could also repress the microbe¡¯s growth attribute to the negative consequences.In recent years,many researchers investigated biological treatment technology to treat high salinity wastewater, they commonly employed Acclimated Salt-tolerant method.For example,Zhou Cang adopted two-stage bio-contact oxidation process to treat organic wastewater with the salinity 25g/L and 35g/L, respectively.When microorganism was acclimated and the water inflow BOD5<400mg/L, the removal rate generally reached to over 90%.Liu Wei investigated the biological treatment for a chemical factory¡¯s wastewater with phenylacetic acid,he trained the salt-tolerant sludge with high degradation activity via putting sludge in a high salinity circumstance to acclimate.When the concentration of NaCl was 45g/L and volume load was1.6kgCOD/£¨m3•d£©, respectively.,the COD removal would be 96% .Wang Zheng explored the High Salinity Domestic Wastewater produced by sea water flushing the toilet ,Using SBR process to survey the ammonia nitrogen removal in different sea water salinity. Results indicated that sludge- activated was the key step in the high salinity wastewater processing system, nevertheless,within the rang of sea water flushing the toilet(sea water proportion<30%,salt content 10500mg/L ,the concentration of Cl- was 5700mg/L ),the salinity would Produce Little Effects on the removal of organic substance and ammonia nitrogen. |
