汤森路透招药学/生物学领域实习生

(说明：此实习由美国同事直接面试，请同学们发英文简历并用英文书写邮件内容)

要求：
 制药学、药理学、及相关生命科学专业的研究生。
 能够在2011年1,2,3月，每周工作4天以上。（春节公休日7天不要求）
 能够对相关技术文档中译英，优秀翻译能力。能够简明的对内容作概念总结，重视细节。
 熟悉和理解药物产品材料、公司新闻稿、临床试验报告内容。
 熟练办公软件，网络浏览、MS Office等。

工作内容：
 网络检索阅读中文内容，涉及Oncology, CNS (Alzheimer’s Disease; Schizophrenia; Depression) and Cardiovascular/Metabolic (diabetes, hypertension, thrombosis) 治疗领域的药物开发、合作信息。对信息进行收集整理，总结汇报，包括视需要翻译成英文。
 直接汇报给美国的内容编辑部门。

Intern Opening for Pharmacy/Life Science graduate student at Thomson Reuters

Requirement:
 Graduate student in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, or allied life science field.
 Ability to read technical documents in Chinese and translate the information to English. Must have high level reading comprehension and writing skills.
 Familiarity with reading and understanding information concerning pharmaceutical products, company press releases and clinical trial reports.
 Must have the ability to summarize concepts concisely.
 Detail oriented
 Familiarity with common computer software (Internet Explorer or similar web browser; Excel; MS Word; or other software)

Responsibilities:
 Search Chinese pharmaceutical company websites and SFDA website to identify companies who are developing or have developed drugs in the therapy areas of Oncology, CNS (Alzheimer’s Disease; Schizophrenia; Depression) and Cardiovascular/Metabolic (diabetes, hypertension, thrombosis).
 Search Chinese company websites for press releases regarding partnering/deals involving Chinese companies and global pharmaceutical companies.
 Save relevant documents in Word with website references and enter information into Excel spreadsheet.
 Report to editorial manager in USA to ensure project milestones are being met.
