【求助】澳大利亚博士申请的基本程序是什么啊 已有3人参与

各位虫友， 小弟前几天发套磁信，得到了澳大利亚国大的一个教授的回复，是不是申请澳大利亚的博士要先申请到奖学金啊，这个信是什么意思呢？我是去申请奖学金然后再联系他吗？请各位虫友指点下，小弟多谢了 Dear PhD Applicant, Thank you for your enquiry about undertaking a PhD in the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering. Entry to our Graduate Program requires an honours degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or Materials Science. The PhD program typically takes up to 4 years of full-time study and annual tuition fees are approximately $25k p.a. Living costs in Canberra will be an additional $20k-$25k p.a. Some scholarships are available to cover these costs but the number is very limited and as a consequence competition for them is very strong.
