【原创】daily composition_23 : How long will I persist in? 已有2人参与

Until today, I have written twenty two pieces of "daily composition" and the latest one was encouraged with three bbs and a word "perseverance means victory". Here, first of all, I want to appreciate the encouragements from the moderators of "foreign language learning" version. However, Your encouragements are the most effective motivation to me for persisting in writing daily composition until now. To tell the truth, I was very interested in writing daily composition because of a blast of impulse after CET6 and the exciting for the first several times of praise from moderators at first. After a period of time, I felt plain gradually and had no good topic to write about sometimes. That's to say, the daily compositions in the future will most probably be the products of the word "perseverance means victory" because I think English study should be a long period course without interupting. As far as I am concerned, I'll persist in writing English compositions all my life. If that be not enough, I will ask my descendants to continue it. haha, I am not certain that it creat a item of the Guinness book of record for the longest time of persisting inwriting English compositions.  |

Thank you for providing an interesting topic that "perseverance means victory". I should say,today I was wondering how long you will keep writing here in this block.As we all know, there is a good saying as goes like "Well begun is half done".But just take a second and think it over whether this is quite the case in our life.As a matter of fact,things are always changing in this world and I may put forward an idea that in this world,the only certain thing is that everything is uncertain.How could we cope with those uncertainties when we are making some worthy efforts full of good wills? In this case,to be frank,perseverance does not always mean victory.How long could a person stick to his/her primary intension since people are generally living in a fast-changing world? Further,perseverance may lead to some victory only if we make the right decision or proper choice in our daily life.Once it is feasible to go on with some efforts,the so-called "perseverance" will make no much sense and therefore no victory at all. Apparently,being mature and considerate or thoughtful needs time which will finally prove our deeds.Once a poet wrote back to me with a book as a gift,whose title is thought-provoking---Dream is the only luggage for one's life trip.But don't forget,it's remarked by a poet about her poems,while life is real and realistic. To sum up,we,on the one hand,should believe in ourselves and stick to(better not use persist in,which is of some negative meaning ) what we would put our ideas into practice and hopefully it could result in some valuable fruits.On the other hand,to be realistic and cautious to make a decision or some promise in case we would feel it a burden or headache some time when something unexpected happens to us.
