[交流] 【Discussion】Should we have to cheat in CET-4 ?

Today , CET-4 is not a necessary part for seniors to graduate . but , there are still many students cheat in CET-4 .Some even have candidates . I really do not know Why !

I don't think CET-4 is very important. Learning English is more of personal interest. But I can't bear someone cheating in the test. Cheating is a bad quality. One could fail in CET-4, but should not fail in his personality.
