Good health is a blessing while poor health may be a source of endless trouble. Therefore, all people hold good health essential for the enjoyment of life. Yet few people really know the importance of good health until it is rather too late.

Actually, the key to good health is in everybody’s hands, though the doctors can help in some way. Personal hygiene, proper nutrition, adequate exercise, and good habits such as restraint from smoking and drinking all play a part in keeping healthy. But probably many people, while laying much weight on material comfort and physical well-being, have neglected psychological factors.

In fact, freedom from worries, anxieties and bad temper is vital to the peace of mind and body.An active work of life, if no too stressful also contributes a lot. Besides, providing the body with exercise gives meaning to one’s life and presents a sense of personal worth. Having earned one’s fun, one can enjoy it with good conscience.

Health is the most important ingredient of your success.
