[交流] 【Original】what't the long-term development?

it is time to advertise job offers ,students taking resume with them  all gather together,aiming at a good job.recently,with the number of the students in campus increasing,employers take serious to skills of candidates,by comparing among them then select qualified ones. so the competition becomes more intense.
  in my opinion,it is a good thing, which can help employers select excellent ones,at the same time ,it also can help the candidates improve themselves ,by which elevate the whole contry's quality.
  today,many people complain that the policy cann't give the young more care and consideration,i also think so first.but it is a long-term development,it is benefit to the state.

China's population is alway a problem, which produce many other serious problem. I think government should make more jobs. On the other hand, peopel should learn to be contented as the competition is drastic.
