各位大师，我在投文章时要求我出示一个号码，证实我是被授权才进行杀实验动物的，请问这是怎么回事？有没有高手给我解答一下/?

Reviewer #2: The topic of the study is important in contemporary toxicology. The background is made clear and the purpose of the study is clearly stated. However, it is not clear how many animals were used in each group. In the description of the table 1 and 2 "n=10" is presented but it is not defined: is this the number of rats in all groups or in each seperate group? What does it mean "rats were less active..." (line 119). The Ethics Committee agreement number is not presented. The kind of killing arises serious doubts. Rats were killed by exsanguination during ether anaesthesia. Such a kind of killing is hardly humanitarian and should not be encouraged. Therefore, in my opinion, the article should not be published.
