【求助】等离子喷涂SiC涂层

| 请问各位，有没有人用等离子喷涂的方法做过SiC涂层？好像用SiC粉体喷不上去。好像是SiC容易升华是吗？谢谢了！ |

The difficulties for the application of SiC are based on the incongruent melting behavior as well as the strong reactivity with almost all transient metals even in solid state at elevated temperatures [2], [3].
