The laws of genotype frequency distribution with alternation of generations on aforesaid population is that homozygote frequencies become gradually more and more, that heterozygote frequencies become gradually less and less, and that the frequencies of homozygote and heterozygote become tend to fixed values. The genotype Shannon entropies and the associated genotypes Shannon entropy between a female genotypes and its descendant genotypes little by little reduce with alternation of generations, and become tend to fixed values. The population reaches a non-equilibrium steady state out of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state at last, thereafter, the genotype frequencies, the genotype Shannon entropies and the associated genotypes Shannon entropy between a female genotypes and its descendant genotypes hold constant values. The mathematical simulation results by Matlab illustrat the correctness of the obtained conclusions.
