由于N(2)上氢原子与O(3)原子形成分子内氢键,其供电子作用导致酰基氧原子的电荷偏向氢原子,N(2)——C(7)间电子云密度增大,键长更短,使得 C=S 键两侧C-N键长区别较大。

As the intermolecular hydrogen bonding was formed between hydrogen atom on the N2 and the O3, its electron-donating effects caused the electron density moved form the oxygen atom on the acyl group to the hydrogen atom and the electron density was increased between N2 and C7. Therefore, the bond length was shorted so that the bond length of C-N on the ether side of C=S group became complete different.

Because intramolecular hydrogen bond is formed by interacting between H atoms of N(2)with H atoms of O(3),its electron-donating effects cause that
charge of oxygen atoms of acyl is partial to H atoms ,the electron density of N(2)——C(7) increases and bond length is shorter so that the bond lengths of C-N bonds that is on both sides of C = S bond are largely different.
