[交流] 【Original】Can i feed me enough or even fat ?

Last day , i bought kinds vegetbles and friuts! Can i feed myself well even fat ! I decide to buy good things though it's expensive when our friend said i looks thin !

　　　　i am happy when i bought them although they spent me  much money! Because i really like to eat ! Have a look, what  had i bought !

　　　　First,Eight precious ingredients gruel
，it includes eight foods that each of them has a good value for people ! It taste wonderful when it cookes well ! The Eight precious ingredients gruel contains a glaced date what help  gruel tastes sweet and fragrant !
If you  love ,maybe u will be  impressive for it!

　　　　secondly,Pistachio.
It's my first time to eat ,and also it's my first time to love it ! it really taste aromatic!O,it is 24R M B 500g. Expensive?Haha,it does't matter! Do't we enjion ourselves when we come into this world ! Just do what you want to do ,and then remenber to earn money next time ! Or it will be really expensive your u ! Do not let it become a trounle for you !

　　　　Thirdly,Yam.

It is also  my first time to buy it  ! I don't known how it taste for me!?!? Even i don't known its cooking ways of yam! But it says Yam can help us to reduce  blood sugar content! I think it will works for my father! And i  want to find a good ways to cook it ! Then  i can cook it myself for my father!

　　　　Fourthly,Celery!

Saving money is my original intention! One RMB can buy two-catty!But it is always cooked with eggs! Do you known the pricen  of eggs!??!??!!?!??!!?Haha ,it do not save a little money! But  i think it is worthy!!!IT can give me better nutrition that keep me  a heath bady!

do you cook all by yourself, why there is no meat, don't you like eat meat? I think eating more meat can make you fat more easier.
It is opposite to you, I want to lose weight.

yam can be braised to ripe, then slice them, sprinkle some white sugar on them, u can enjoy them.
it can also be stewed with meat or pettitoes, the soup taste delicious!
i also like to cook by myself, haha
