[交流] 【资源】有一月份到UIC需要找房子的可以看看这个。刚好有个bedroom.价钱也便宜。

Hi there,
A good bedroom is spare and need to be subleased.
Fee:
1. 350/month + one month deposit + 1/3 utility.
2. Water is included in house rent.

Condtion:
1. Basic furnitures including desk, frame and box of bed and some other living items such as micro-wave oven are provided for free.
2. Roomates are very helpful and kind-hearted.
3. 3rd floor which is clean and quiet
4. The kitchen and the living room are capatious and bright, you will certainly like it.


Benefit:
1. Living envrionment is quiet and and roomates which is a couple are very easy to get along with.
2. A walk distance(about 12 min.) to either East Campus or West Campus.
3. This price for such a good bedroom is really low compared to our neighbors'.

1. Lexington St.
