How terrible the Chinese education is!

[非教师] I visited the Kao Yan and Kao Bo Board in a website yesterday, and was fascinated by some students’ experiences about the admission of postgraduate training. To my surprise, most of them narrated the "dark side" of our society. Some even criticized their supervisors for having poor moralities because they matriculate students according to the "Relationships (Guan Xi in Chinese)" with them instead of the genuine abilities. The important impact about this stuff may result in losing a lot of opportunities for further study for those candidates. How terrible the Chinese education is! We can't select the qualified person for our country unless we can provide a comparatively fair chance for their competitions. I think it is a social problem in China, and it need to be fully investigated and resolved soon. [ Last edited by 德德亦菲 on 2006-7-5 at 23:24 ] |
