被拒稿了，能不能改改继续投之前的期刊？ 已有1人参与

View Letter如下，不知道做比较大的修改之后能不能继续投Food Hydrocolloids 或者该投其它的机会多些？ 第一次发文章，还请老虫子们多指教啊 Dear XXX, Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work. Yours sincerely, Reviewer #1: This paper I believe will eventually be publishable. Considering that it has already been reviewed once, I was disappointed in the quality of the writing, and the details in the methods section that are necessary to determine if the work has been done properly. I have only reviewed the paper through to the beginning of the results and discussion section and also did a quick look at the figures. This paper needs extensive work to pull things together properly. Please note all of the suggested changes and questions being asked on the marked manuscript. Reviewer #2: Reviewers Comments for XXXX(title of the paper) The hydrolysates were then tested in a diverse range of functions. While this was an interesting range of applications for fish collagen, I thought the work was very empirical. While suggestions were made for the effects seen there was no evidence or experimental tests of these hypotheses that I could find. Have other proteins been used in some of these applications? Is amino-acid sequence important? Will any hydrocolloid do? Without further comparisons with other proteins I felt that the paper might be more appropriate elsewhere, and that perhaps a more focussed and detailed investigation of one particular functionality would be the sort of thing more suitable for Food Hydrocolloids |
