It is important to study the technical approach to improve strongly cotton fiberby changing in sucrose metabolism of secondary wall thickening of cotton fibers, analyzing the impacting of minimum temperature of average daily on strength formation and sucrose metabolism, cellulose deposition and fiber and revealing the mechanism of cotton fiber strength changes of Xinjiang.We makes boll development in the context of different low-temperature by sowing,then studies the impacting of different temperature levels on changes of related substances content during the development of cotton fiber in sucrose metabolism and controls changes of the key enzymes of sucrose metabolism along with the relationship with the deposition of cellulose. |
