I am pleased to inform you that your paper ELL-***'***' has been accepted for publication in ** and will appear in a forthcoming issue in the next few weeks, a complimentary copy of which will be sent to you. Reprints of a Letter can also be supplied; a reprint request form has been included as an attachment and is also available at **

To maintain the speed of publication, proofs are not normally sent to authors for checking before publication.  Manuscripts should be ready for publication as submitted. However, if you do have a minor change you wish to make which does not affect the results of your paper please contact the office as soon as possible, and no later than one week from the date of this email. At this stage acceptable changes include correcting a crucial typo or adding an important acknowledgment; extensive changes to the paper cannot be accepted. Whilst our editorial team will do its best to ensure that requests are met, we reserve the right to refuse editorial changes at this stage if they are extensive or sent too late within the production schedule.

We cannot publish your paper without a signed copyright form which has been included as an attachment and is available at http/www.iee.org/electronicsletters
