投稿后under review16周，催稿后只是更新了日期，没有给文章任何信息，怎么办 已有1人参与

投稿后，under review 16周后写催稿信，当天就有回复，但是从回复信还是得不到文章审稿的信息，这种情况下该怎么办，是文章找不到审稿人吗？要不要再写信推荐几个审稿人？这信是杂志的助理回复的，有必要再给分配的主编写信问文章的具体情况吗？我想知道是否有一份审稿意见回来。 Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the status of ****，currently under review with **.
