Common people have to eat broken teeth for their grievance?
Facing to people’s sake, officials’ indifference makes people feel cold.


Fact 1: After an abrupt inspection, Li xiuqin was informed that she has AIDS. And from that moment on, her life fell into nightmare. The results were: her husband and son left home, her families had never seen her for 6 years, relations and friends ran away from her as far as they could.
Fact 2: 5 years passed, Li tried twice to suicide but failed. Her husband came back after 5 years, and found that she was ok just as the way before, and seemly she had no AIDS.
Fact 3: After inspection in two different hospitals, the results showed that Li has no AIDS! They lead life with a broken family. The result 5 years ago was fault? What a tragedy!



Whose fault? Who should take the resposibility in this case?
