我目前一SSCI也是Required Reviews Completed这状态，我同意你的说法，应该是前面的审稿人意见不一致，所以增加另一审稿人，出现这种状态。我询问编辑部，回复如下：
After searching the system for your paper, I can confirm that your manuscript currently has the status: "Required Reviews Completed". Reports for your manuscript have been received; however, the editor is still waiting for additional reports. We will notify you as soon as the evaluation is completed and a decision is reached.
