【求助】我想向老外要论文的源程序,这样写信行不行?

我看到老外一篇控制方面的文章写得很好,想验证他的仿真结果,但是怎么也做不出来,所以希望得到老外的源程序(一般是C++语言或matlab语言),下面是我写给老外的信,我英语不好,敬请战友们帮忙指正,谢谢! 主题:Ask for source program Dear prof. XXX, I am a graduate student of XXX University in China. My research is focused on Signal and Information Processing. I have recently read your paper "XXX", which appeared in "XXX". I try to validate your simulation results show in Fig.3 for a long time, but no progress. I am wondering if you could kindly send me the source program and the necessary information about it.
